  2. Scope & Information Gathering

    Scope is confirmed — base report only, or with a UoE cost-per-lot breakdown — and relevant scheme details are gathered. An initial consultation call is available at this stage if the committee would find it helpful.

  3. Analysis & Report Preparation

    Funding options are modelled against current lender rates and terms, and the Funding Clarity Report is prepared.

  4. Delivery & Walkthrough

    The report is delivered to the committee, with support available to walk through the findings or answer questions before a decision is made.
