  • A one-hour meeting with your committee upon delivery, to walk through the findings and answer questions

Attendance at an AGM, EGM, or OC meeting to present the report can also be arranged, available at an hourly fee.

A closer look at cost per lot

Every report includes a cost-per-lot breakdown based on the scheme's average Units of Entitlement, giving your committee a clear picture of impact across the building.

For schemes where owners want to see cost reflected against their own, individual lot entitlement, a UoE Matrix report is available as an add-on — showing exactly what each owner's share of funding costs looks like based on the scheme's actual, individual Units of Entitlement.
